We require a reservation fee depending on the size of your party.
RESERVATION FEES
(reservations are good for 2 hours)
15 Guests (1 table) - $25
15 - 25 Guests (2 tables) - $40
26- 40 Guests (3 tables) - $50

WHY DO WE HAVE RESERVATION FEES?
We are a first-come, first-served community beer garden. We are not a standard, full-service restaurant that takes reservations and has private dining rooms, so the tables that are occupied by private parties reduce the amount of seats we have for the public. Since reservations are not our typical service model, we have added administrative costs to accommodate reservation requests. All of, or a significant percent of the reservation fees goes to our staff who specializes in managing reservations.
Reservation fees reduce the amount of last-minute cancellations and no-shows which has caused us issues and lost revenue in the past.
The reservation fee is much easier for groups with a no host tab (meaning multiple individual tabs vs. the entire tab on one individual) because it’s hard to track the sales of specific private party if there are multiple tabs.
The large group reservation fee model allows us to reduce or remove the Food & Beverage minimum making the overall cost more affordable for the party host/group. In the past, some parties wouldn’t hit their food & beverage minimums which resulted in them having to cover the difference. The reservation fee prevents this scenario from occurring which reduces the overall cost and financial requirement for the party host or group at large.
Anyone can walk in first-come first-serve if you don’t feel comfortable with a reservation fee!
20 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD
Customers have a 20 minute grace period for their reservation. If they do not arrive within that window, the reservation will expire and their table will be open to the public.
LARGE PARTY RESERVATIONS
If you are looking to host a private event for 41 – 120 people, please inquire on the form and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We can sometimes accommodate larger private groups / events during peak hours. These are priced separately, and we're happy to answer any questions you may have.
FULL VENUE BUYOUTS

PARTIAL VENUE BUYOUT
Partial venue buyouts are considered for groups between 30-70 people. If you do a partial venue buyout, we reserve the majortiy of our outdoor beer garder for your group, while the remaining tables are available to the public.
PARTY DECORATIONS
We no longer allow party decorations in our communal beer garden. Unfortunately they negatively affect the experience of other guests. However we now have a new Kids Party Room in the back of the beer garden that you may reserve and decorate. Please inquire if you would like to reserve this room. It has a video game and includes tables and chairs that seat about 10 people. It is located next to the kids play area that comes with additional seating.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUMS
In the case of a food & beverage minimum, all food & beverage purchased during the reservation will count towards the minimum. This is a pre-tax minimum that doesn’t include our auto-gratuity of 15%. If the final sales are less than the minimum, the difference will be added to the final tab.
TIMING
Reservations are scheduled for a two hour time frame. If you would like more time, please let us know when inquiring about your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate.
PRE-ORDERS
We accept (and recommend) pre-ordered food for larger groups. Please consider placing a full or partial order when you finalize the details of your reservation.
CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours (for weekend inquiries, please anticipate up to 72 hours). If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your reservation fee will be non-refundable.
AUTO-GRATUITY
A 15% auto-gratuity will be added to the total sales on all reservations and hosted tabs. 100% of all gratuities goes to our employees. Additional tips are always accepted and much appreciated!
DESSERT FEE
If you would like to bring in your own dessert, we have a $10 dessert fee.
CORKAGE FEE
If you would like to bring in your own bottle of wine, we have a $20 corkage fee with a two bottle limit.
